Groups are capped at 6–8 people to ensure depth, trust, and strong accountability.

Groups run for 12 months at a time--so members can create real, permanent change. That requires time, repetition, and real-world application.

Phillip does not lead each group session. Mission Ready Masterminds are run by a team of experienced, world class facilitators who are trained to apply Phillip's framework to real world challenges. Phillip will pop in regularly, however, so be ready for that extra moment of accountability. 😊

No prior experience is required — just a commitment to meaningful personal or professional growth.
